TYLER, Texas (KLTV) – This warm, cheesy Italian-style pull-apart bread is perfect for snacking on when you’re watching your favorite team play this weekend!

Italian-style pull-apart bread by Mama Steph

1 loaf crust artisan bread1 stick of butter, softened1/3 cup mayonnaise2 garlic cloves, minced5 green onions, chopped1 tablespoon Italian seasoning1/2 tsp. salt2 cups grated cheddar-jack cheese blend1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese1 ounce pepperoni slices, chut into bite-sized pieces

Method:

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a small bowl, combine the butter, mayo, garlic, onions, seasoning and salt. Stir to combine.

Cut the bread: Use a serrated bread knife to cut diagonally to make a diamond pattern into the bread, stopping before you reach the bottom crust. (Don’t cut all the way through)

Stuff the cracks you’ve cut into the bread with the butter mixture, then the cheeses and pepperoni.

Wrap the bread in foil, place on a cookie sheet, and bake for about 20 minutes. Check to make sure the cheese has mostly melted.

Finally, pull the foil back and bake for another 8-10 minutes.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!
