They say eating half a cup of beans a day is enough to lower your risk of heart disease and cancer and improve your digestion. So today I’m back with another bean recipe and these are my 15inute roasted chickpea and kale wraps. Toss your chickpeas with olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, and spices. And while they’re in the air fryer, roughly chop some kale and toss it in a vegan mayo sauce. Slice an avocado and a tomato. Then make the wrap with a large serving of hummus, the kale, chickpeas, tomato, and avocado. Toast it for a couple minutes on each side. Then cut it in half and enjoy.
