Did my syrup go bad or is something crashing out of solution?

That’s totally normal. Just give it a lil shake it will be good.

Monin syrups tend to do this I wouldn’t worry. The syrups often separate even when brand new. Totally safe to drink still

It really depends. It can go bad. First, go to the product page on the interwebs. But personally and professionally, if I think something is suspect, it’s set aside. That’s also healthcode. Do that and tell your boss. If your boss know it’s good, then it’s good. If you are the boss and don’t know, just toss it. Syrup is pretty cheap and that’s a small price to pay to not get people sick. But then it could be the beginning of the sugars turning into crystals, which can happen.
