Here’s how it turned out, this was the first time I’ve ever tried to bake one.

    I skimmed by that post and saw you were thinking of using a Bundt pan and thought “wow, what a terrible idea. That will never work” and clicked away. But it looks terrific! Better than a flat pan.

    Looks delicious, friend! But just so you know, I always use a regular (not spring form) cake pan for upside down cakes. 🙂

    Man my mom always made pineapple upside cake growing up nobody cares what pan it’s in you killed it.
