Grilled Peach Buratta Salad

❂ Ingredients:

1 peach, cut into slices
1/4 white onion, cut into thin strips
Cherry tomatoes , halved
2 cups arugula
4 slices of prosciutto
1 ball of burrata cheese
Basil oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Balsamic glaze for drizzling

❂ Cooking process:

Grill the Peaches:
– Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
– Brush the peach slices lightly with olive oil.
– Place the peach slices on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes until they have nice grill marks. Flip and grill for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from the grill and set aside to cool slightly.
Prepare the Salad:
– On a large plate, lay out the sliced tomatoes and white onion strips. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with basil oil. Then, add the arugula.
– Tear the prosciutto into smaller pieces and add them to the plate.
Assemble the Salad:
– Once the grilled peach slices have cooled, add them to the salad.
– Tear the burrata cheese into smaller pieces and place them on top of the salad.
Dress the Salad:
– Drizzle the salad with basil oil.
– Season with salt and pepper to taste.
– Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top of the salad.
