I really enjoyed the sauce on this one. HF cream base sauce with the sun-dried tomato actually had a great flavor. I didn’t feel like it needed anything added to it other than I like to add extra pepper to my dishes.
Super easy to make, while the meatballs are in the over you can cook the pasta and sauce and have them ready by the time they’re done. I like easy dishes like that!! The only thing I skipped was the chopped tomato on top. I don’t care for raw tomatoes. I debated chopping them and adding them to the sauce but overall just decided to skip. My mom likes to snack on tomatoes so I just gave it to her.
Overall a tasty dish that was easy to make and even tasted as good the next day for lunch.
