Hi all. Setting up a small business and struggling with the cost for the two person box. This comes with an entire sealed sleeve of crackers. Don't want to charge too much when it's just for two people. Any advice welcomed. There's around 275g of cheese and about 65g meat (this was based on feedback from some very willing taste testers 😂 based in Ireland and there doesn't seem to be quite as much appetite for charcuterie here)

How much did you pay, and how much time did it take you?
If its a reasonable price for meat/cheese I’d buy this repeatedly at my local Fresh Market.
They go for about $65-85 each for this size in Florida usa
Where I am in Canada this would go for about $40 (about €25).
But you’re probably looking for people from Ireland specifically to comment, I would imagine?
I see smaller boards than this in wegmans going for 35-40 all the time
Wegmans is a higher end grocery store chain in north east America
There’s a charcuterie box shop in London… Maybe their prices are a guide?
