  1. Ive never had them fried, but it seems sacrilegious.

Unless those are cooked first they’re going to be tough as hell. I don’t think the relatively quick cooking time of frying isn’t going to be enough to break down all the connective tissue.

Sounds great never even thought of fried ribs

Usually pork gets tough if it’s cooked quickly.

I have a full rack of ribs marinating to be fried tomorrow.
It’s amazing the amount of people who are so confident yet knows nothing about meat and cooking on these kind of subs

Fried ribs are amazing! Braise them, cool in the braise. The next day cut them into individual ribs and fry. Then toss in a spice mixture. Lamb ribs tossed in Chinese 5 spice is 🤤

Boston Butt cut up into 1 to 2 inch slabs, then cut into 1 inch “ribs”. Freeze them in portions with dry rub on them, as many different varieties as you like. Throw them frozen in a siouevied at 150 for an hour.. take them out let them set for 15 min. Then bread them and put them in the freezer for 15 min before frying them..

You can smoke them as well, or even let them stay in the bath for 2 to 3 hrs at like 120..

Too much effort. Plus it sounds like someone should improve their rib game instead of hiding them
