I’ve been putting a bit of effort into practicing symmetry
Whole milk into a 200mL cup. I pulled this on a 2 group Strada. I always wish this machine steamed just a hair slower. I think it’s making me really hyper focus on that first steam burst though.

Isn’t it possible to turn down the temperature on the machine so it steams a bit slower?
Anyway, I wish I could steam half that good, I always seem to get either bubble milk or just warm milk. Microfoam is something that I get like 20% of the time
