Smoked crispy chicken wings with various sauces.
Heartbeat Scorpion was fantastic. Much milder than the name suggests, it is a true bridge between hot wings and super hots. It tickles the devide, but shouldn't strike fear in the uninitiated.
It has a smokey sweetness that pretends to elevate spice to the next level. Not to trick you, but to open your tolerance to the next level.
All sauces were great. I know the Last Dabs get some hate, but I enjoy these ones.
This was also my first wing experience with Endorphin Rush (a top ranked sauce here) – and it was PHENOMENAL! Thank you for the recommendation.

I’ve heard.. not confirmed.. that Endorphin Rush is the same sauce / recipe used on the Original Quaker Steak’s Atomic Wings.

Good dressing, I’ve got a bottle in the fridge. I like the little blue cheese chunks in it.

Love to see the heartbeat! Shout out to my hometown Thunder Bay. All their sauces have great flavour (but tend to be milder overall)
