I’ve cooked a few briskets this year, and this was by far my best one in a while. My wife killed it on the sides, too…an ode to Truth’s tater tot casserole and a cucumber, onion, tomato salad for some illusion of health.

    I too normally cut my brisket thick like this but everytime I give it to people who like brisket they ask for thinner slices. Might wanna consider that

    Whenever I see brisket looking this good, I always ask people what their method was. Would you mind sharing it with us? I’ve done my first one and it didn’t come out looking anything like this.
