

A little bit too dark on the sides. I baked it at 450f for 25 minutes covered, then 15 uncovered. I'll probably lower the uncovered portion at 375f next time. Final internal temp was 209f so there's some good margin to go lower temp

I don’t think it looks over done. It looks perfect to me.
I wouldn’t lower the temp. Try 20 min covered and 15 uncovered at 450.
