Slow cooker “pot pie”! I’m sure plenty have seen this or something similar on some social media app.
2 chicken breast
2 cans of cream of chicken condensed soup (Low sodium)
1/2 cup of chicken broth (low sodium)
12 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables
Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, Italian seasoning)
- Season your chicken breast to your liking, then place in crock pot.
- Mix cream of chicken, chicken broth, and mixed vegetable in a bowl. Then pour over chicken.
- Mix everything well.
- Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred (mine was bigger shreds than I wanted, but it worked), then add chicken back to pot, mixing well.
- Add more seasoning, then finish for 30 more minutes.
The biscuits: just follow the instructions on the package. I don’t have the time nor skill to make homemade biscuits.
