Slow cooker “pot pie”! I’m sure plenty have seen this or something similar on some social media app.

2 chicken breast
2 cans of cream of chicken condensed soup (Low sodium)
1/2 cup of chicken broth (low sodium)
12 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables
Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, Italian seasoning)

  1. Season your chicken breast to your liking, then place in crock pot.
  2. Mix cream of chicken, chicken broth, and mixed vegetable in a bowl. Then pour over chicken.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours.
  5. Remove chicken and shred (mine was bigger shreds than I wanted, but it worked), then add chicken back to pot, mixing well.
  6. Add more seasoning, then finish for 30 more minutes.

The biscuits: just follow the instructions on the package. I don’t have the time nor skill to make homemade biscuits.
