I’m confused about the eating of sushi. I feel it’s always so big. Breaks apart if I take half a bite. Something I have heard is a no no. The sushi itself is always pleasant but I find most rolls are just too much. Is it for plating or rolling purposes? Is there a certain term for smaller sized sushi?
