I don’t understand but see this often here: shrimp are very high cholesterol. To combat that the serving is 4 tiny pieces.
2 tablespoons of hummus as a snack is absolutely unrealistic.
These servings are just not satisfying, no matter how much fiber they have.
I wish they’d put a shopping list with total amount needed for each ingredient.
Just eyeballing the menu, it’s hard to tell whether it would work from a food management point of view, or whether you’ll end up with a bunch of leftover ingredients.
