“Red” bell Peppers and cherry tomato quick salad ( sriracha + mustard)
Omelette made half egg half cabbage for bulk, with easy frozen “spaghetti veg” topped with fat free cheese and “calorie wise” mini pepperoni!
10/10 recommend! Worry if seeing desert close to hot food disgust you! I like to see everything before the meal
