To finish the day with only 250 kcal made this big plate (it's a deep plate, so there's more than it looks) of randomly put together veggies and soya chunks 🌱

Nutrition: 250 kcal, 25 g protein, 10 g fibre

Sautéed cabbage (120 g) with some soy sprouts (50 g) – 45 kcal
Green beans (100 g) – 16 kcal
Vegan "chicken" soy chunks (90 g) – 125 kcal
Unsweetened soy yogurt (100 g) – 46 kcal
Sriracha spicy mayo (~5 g) – 13 kcal
Romaine lettuce (56 g) – 10 kcal

With added spices (chilli, soy sauce, sriracha, …) and nicely pan-fried, it was really filling and super tasty. I usually do with whatever veggies I have, other favorite low calorie filling options are also mushrooms and zucchini.
