cooking today is some shrimp. So, I decided to make this is um this is garlic and herb butter. I decided to make some shrimp with spaghetti. And I should have been put the spaghetti on, but I haven’t did it. Sugar cubes. Girl, they took those things out of circulation. I think when I was in my 30s. Oh, this is too hot. I think when I was in my 30s, they took it right out of circulation. Sugar cubes. Put a little olive oil in here. And this is garlic butter. Look how hot it is. It’s too hot. It’s burning up. Time I put it in the pan. So, I’mma take it off for a minute. So, this is the garlic butter. I’m going go ahead and put this in there cuz it’s so hot. I have chopped mushrooms, onions, a little bit of garlic, um, green onions, and bell pepper. So, So, I’m going to add some seasonings to this. So, I use olive oil and butter. So, this is going to take a little while to cook. So, what am I adding to this? I’m adding a little bit of time. Yeah, I remember my grandma having sugar cubes on her table on her kitchen table. Oh my god, I was so like what? And they had pulled a lot of stuff out of the store. I think sugar cubes was it and I think it pulled it out of store I think I believe sometime in the um that sign still in the world what I do with it. All right, I got a little bit of fresh oregano left um from that dish I cooked last night. I don’t have that many herbs left. But um yeah, and I remember it was around when I was a teenager, when I was an adult, and then all of a sudden sugar cubes was taken off of the market. You couldn’t find sugar cubes anymore. And I most definitely didn’t expect to see them. I said, “What sugar cubes? I was so amazed. I said, “Lord Jesus Christ, I can’t eat sugar no more.” Not right now. If I exercise, it should come back that I can eat it. If I exercise the way I’m supposed to, I don’t know. I haven’t been keeping up with it. So, I got these little baby shrimp. See little baby shrimp. Um, I’m using this. This is creole seasoning. I’m putting this in here. I’m going make a cornstarch gravy. I think it’s kind of salty. And I’m putting some o in here. I might put some shrimp in uh some um what are they? Some clams. Some little baby clams. I might put that in there, too. Ran out of garlic. I’mma let this cook some. Mushrooms, onions, celery, peppers, and scallions. Look at this piece of celery. It’s too big. Yep. remind me of when she was here. She was a prayer woman even though she um she had Alzheimer’s. I got some Oh yeah, lemon. Got lemon. Hi, how you doing? How are you today? Trump is winning. Okay. How are you today? Yes, I’m making some shrimp with peppers, onions, Italian seasoning. I’m also going to put some spinach in there. And I’m going to try and make a sauce. Okay, let me rinse this off. Well, I said I wanted to do this. Oh, right. Man, I can’t either cuz God is good all the time and all the time. God is good. Let me put some lemon in this. Um, I turned it down. I might have to turn it down a little bit more. Then I’m stir it around to taste it. Trying to get this lemon to squeeze. I first brought this, I didn’t know how to squeeze the lemon. Trying to get all the juice I can out this lemon. Some people put lemon zest in here too, but I’m stir it around. Let me get a little tasting spoon and see what it tastes like. It’s good. Let me put some spinach in here. I’mma rinse the spinach a little bit and then Did this finish just been sitting in the refrigerator? I said, “What in the world? How you doing?” Leo and mom. All right. I need to start cooking the um I just might get this spinach welt down. Hello, babe. Get the pepper. And I’mma put some pepper up here. Um Okay, put a little bit more spinach in here. And I don’t know, I think I should put some tomato sauce. [Music] I don’t even know how this finish kept cuz I bought this finish on the third and it’s still crunchy. All right. I won’t going to add tomato sauce. I was going to add cream, but I decided no, I’m going to add tomato sauce. Okay. Then the shrimp. Okay. Where’s my tomato sauce? Then the shrimp and um Wow, this is a big can. This is a huge can of tomato sauce, I tell you. Then the shrimp. So what I have in here in my own food is peppers, spinach, mushrooms, green peppers or bell peppers? Bell peppers. Mushrooms, onions, and scallions. I chopped them real fine. Oh Lord. And the seasons I have is Italian seasonings, which I’m gonna put a little bit more of in here. Um, oh Lord, what is this? Oh, this is oregano leaves. Italian seasoning and thyme. I’m not putting any salt in there. I’m not putting any more salt in there. Oh man. Oh yeah, dill weed. I totally forgot the deal weed. I have some dill weed here. I’mma put in here with this. A little bit of dill weed. I should have chopped it, but uh I could spring it in there. Try to get that flavor. Yeah, that’s good enough. And now I’m going to put some tomato sauce in here. [Music] [Music] There you go. Now I’m going mix this around. Yeah. Okay. I’mma give this a taste. I’mma give this a taste. See what it tastes like. I just put a little zero wheat in there. I didn’t put as much as I needed to put. And um the garlic butter know what all you taste is sweet tomato sauce. Okay, I’m missing something. I know I am. What am I missing? Pepper. I made myself a watermelon and strawberry smoothie and it was good. Quite good. Okay, I forgot to make the spaghetti sauce, but let me pour these shrimp in there. See, these are little popcorn shrimp. When they get through cooking, they’re going to be popcorn shrimp. And so, they’re not going to be a lot of shrimp in here. Now, when I put the clams in there, it’s going to cool it down. Can’t see the mushrooms that much. You can see the scallions a little bit. But um this is just a quick dinner, a quick meal. Didn’t do much on prepping the um the clam. These are my potatoes from last night. The mustard and everything was used down to like a I mean the mustard is cooked. It was good though. It’s good. It’s very good. Let me see if I can get the clam f. So those shrimp are cooking. So as long I cut at the wrong end that’s not all right. Put them in here before the shrimp start cooking and clams are already done. But they are nothing but frozen. I did not prep those clams. I was not going to use them. Now it’s going to cool everything down, but it’s okay. What have I forgotten? I forgotten the spaghetti. I might just eat it with bread. Lord Jesus. Okay. Okay, that’s enough. And so I’m going to let this cook. I’mma serve them. I’m just going to put it in the dish because I could still try. I’ll just put in dish beside the potatoes, but um not took the spaghetti out to cook with it. They’re putting up dill weed in there, but it’s still going to taste good and it just look delicious and let me see about the flavor. Let me take this out. All righty. Now, the shrimp are cooking. See, what I’m going to do is just um serve it beside the potatoes and um because they didn’t make any spaghetti. Wow. People, I thank God for the day. Did I obey him within this day? That’s what I’m asking myself. Did I obey the Lord within this day? That is the question. I’m going serve it with those lemon and mustard. potatoes and I made something like this before. So, some serious spaghetti with shrimp. And I was asking somebody, I gave it to somebody. I asked them, “Uh, you going to cook some spaghetti?” They said, “No, you didn’t put no meat in it.” I said I put shrimp in the spaghetti. So I add a half bag of shrimp. See? I add a half big. Let me taste. [Music] No am I forsaken. I found my glasses. Oh my god. All right. Thank you, Thank you. I’m almost finished. It’s uh I got to taste this for my spoon and my plastic spoon. My throw away spoons. I have them right up here. And thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah. Glory. Here it go. Wow. Wow. Those clams came with a flavor. I put this over some spaghetti. This stuff is too good. I got to put this over some spaghetti, y’all. This stuff is too good. And you can taste the clams. It is too good. Let me take cut this off and move it over here. And what I’m going to put here is what my bays are going down the drain. Spaghetti. I got to get another pan off. Let me show you. Look what I got from Teemo. It’ll fit this side. Lord have mercy. I thought it was bigger. Okay. Um, I need a pan. I know I got another pan other than that one. And under this big giant pan, too. Oh, Lord. Dang. Why is this water so hot? This water is hot. I think it’s too hot to go in here. But I’m going to do a little bit of spaghetti cuz that is too good. I taste that. That’s it. Wow. That stuff is good. So, I’m going to do a little pan of spaghetti and those clams. I put those clams in there. And you know how you don’t have clam juice. And I was saying, “Oh, I ain’t got no clam juice. I don’t have no flavor.” Oh, Lord, this thing is driving me crazy. So, I’m going to go ahead turn this up on high. This is done. Oh my god, this stuff is good. I saw somebody make that not that with shrimp and clams, but make something similar. And man, that’s it. I would like to try that. what it is. What I’m going to do, because this was supposed to be a short video, I’m thinking about just showing you that before the um spaghetti um before the spaghetti cooks cuz I don’t know how long it’s going to take. I’mma put some garlic and herb butter in here. Olive oil, garlic, and herb butter. But I need some salt. Put that in there. All right. And here is the salt. And so I’m going to plate a little bit of that and just let you see it. And yeah, this was cooking short and long. I’m going move this over here. I’ll put some of this on the plate with some spinach. Those meatballs I made yesterday, they were good. I I didn’t I I froze some of them, but this just could not Hey. All righty. Now, this stuff is good. But I’m I beg your pardon. This stuff needs to be over spaghetti and that those clams. You taste the clam juice. I said, “Wow.” It won’t like that at first. It’s like that now. Thank you. Oh, let me back. Let me pick this up.
