This is my second loaf! my first one was severely overproofed so I made sure to watch this one closely. It turned out much better than the first. I got a little excited and cut myself a slice before I took a picture haha oops
Any critiques or advice would be appreciated! But in my (not so professional) opinion it turned out pretty good 🙂

Looks really, really good. I’m not a fan of big holes so this would be what I’d aim for.
