Who has had to deal with dirt dobber / wasp or some nest behind control board?

I had them set up nests on all 5 of our ceiling fans. I thought the fans were seizing up since I heard scraping sounds. Had to take apart all of the fans. Now I make sure I run the fans frequently and turn them on when the mud dobbers show up. I put this up and it seems to trap them.
