[Music] Everybody loves lucum mazes. 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup still. There we go. A tablespoon of cornstarch. We got 2 tbsp of sugar. 1 tbsp of oil. One level tablespoon of instant yeast. Some tid water. I need 1 and 3/4. Hold back on a little bit of the water. Oh yeah, I need some more water. Still a little dry. Our dough is done. I’m going to go get some plastic wrap. Cover it up. take about an hour. Let’s take a look at a dough over here. Ready to go. I’ve got about 2 in worth of oil. Dipping my spoon in oil and then squeezing out Lucada’s dough in my palm of my hand. We’re going to put them all in. Gently push them down so they can kind of flip. Become golden brown evenly. Golden brown and delicious. Greek honey. Chopped walnuts. Cinnamon. Our lucamas are ready to go. Greek honey nuts. Eat.
