chicken kofta Kebab recipe
Kofta Mixture
Chicken mince – 500 g
Onion – 1 medium, grated & excess water squeezed
Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
Salt – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Garlic powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Mixed Spices (mix together): (Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Star, nutmeg and mace)– 1 tsp
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix chicken mince, onion, garlic, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and garam masala spices.
Shape into oval or round koftas.
Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown and cooked through (about 4–5 min per side).

Kofta Sauce:
Mayonnaise – ½ cupSour cream – ¼ cupGarlic powder – ½ tspSalt – a pinchBlack pepper – a pinchMix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

For Serving
Bread (naan, pita, or flatbread)Tomato slicesOnion slices

Assembly:
Warm the bread.
Spread the sauce, add koftas, tomatoes, and onions.
Wrap and serve hot.
