[Music] Hi, I’m Anupa and let’s make a nice cheese toast sandwich. I have my prep ready. So, let’s get started. So, let’s quickly prep the vegetables. Some onions. Whatever that we cut will all have to be cut into roundles. Then, let’s cut some tomatoes. some capsicum, [Music] potato, and finally some beetroot. So, let’s take bread slices. We need to cut the corners because we’re going to toast the bread on a gas toaster. And now let’s apply some butter. [Music] So here we’ve applied all the butter onto the bread. And now after butter, let’s put some nice spicy green chutney. generous. I like it spicy. And after you’ve applied the chutney, let’s start putting in the vegetables. So, one after the other, let’s start piling it up. Potato followed by tomato. Then, we’ve got some onions, capsicum, finally, beetroot. I want to sprinkle a little bit of salt over this. Just a little bit. And now let’s put one slice of cheese slices. Cover it up. And now let’s take some more butter. And we’ll apply it over the bread for a simple reason that it doesn’t stick to the toaster. And let’s place this in the toaster like this. Let’s shut this. [Music] Let’s switch on the gas. And on medium heat, we’re going to toast this. And once this gets heated up, lower the flame. And now continue doing this. Well, the cheese is melting. The butter is also oozing out. Let’s switch off the flame. Just look at this. It’s all done. [Music] Let’s just cut this into half. Look at the layers. And now let’s just place it onto a nice goodlooking platter. He would just put a little bit of chutney on top of the sandwich like this. Just like this a little bit. How can you miss the save? So here’s our cheese toast sandwich is ready.
