First time trying chuck, will def do it again!

    Seasoned with holy cow and holy gospel, smoked for 2-3 hours spritzed till it reached 165 then foil boated it with butter and a bit of beef broth then pulled at 205/ probe tender. Fam loved it picky toddler included!
