




Just like the original from the States – but with cauliflower instead of chicken. It was deliciously crispy thanks to being double-fried, and spicy-aromatic π We ran out of white sesame, so we used unhulled black sesame instead. You donβt miss a thing with this dish, and itβs completely vegan!

We always use this recipe – but of course replace the chicken with cauliflower. Also we toss the cauliflower in the very end into the sauce. The rest remains unchanged
