I don’t usually make smoothies since they can sneak in more calories than I realize, but this one was worth it. Delicious, filling, and packed with 18 g of protein and 18 g of fiber per serving! And no added sugar (the bananas and dates provide plenty of natural sugar).

I blended everything in my Vitamix (makes 2 generous servings, or 3 smaller ones):

1-1/2 cups plain soymilk
1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen banana slices
1-1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
4 dates
¼ cup chia seeds

Creamy, fruity, and satisfying enough to hold me over for hours.
