Take out the chili powder and it probably taste good

Depending on what spices are in that chili powder, all of those flavors should work together. My only criticism is that you aren’t getting the most out of the spices if you’re just adding them to cold ingredients right before drinking.

Mexican hot chocolate, baby! You don’t understand how good it is until you try it. Def not stupid.
FWIW one of my favorite imperial stout beers was inspired by this—Stone Xocoveza.

This is gross to me, but I like my coffee black so 🤷. You do you.

As long as it’s straight up chili powder and not chili powder seasoning (with garlic and onion and stuff), I think it sounds pretty good.

Scared me for a second. I thought that was a bottle of nutmeg and you were going to put a bunch in your drink.

If Mexican hot chocolate is what you’re going for, you’re going to want to replace the chili powder with something like cayenne pepper. Chili powder is a spice blend that includes ground chili peppers, salt, garlic, and other spices.

I do not understand what’s happening here. What will you be doing with all that?

Just seems like a lot of work. I’d grab the fair life shake and be done with it

Actually with this exact chili powder, and in the right amount, this flavor profile works. I say this as someone who has used balsamic vinegar in a mixed drink (yes it was amazing)

I don’t understand why so many people want to try this. Bleh.
Cinnamon, chili powder, chocolate milk, pumpkin spice coffee creamer
I’ll take the downvotes on this one. Especially the ones saying Mexican hot chocolate. One set of great grandparents came from Mexico and we never, ever mixed pumpkin spice with our hot chocolates.
