


ingredients:
- spicy kimchi
- low-carb keto soft tacos (street taco size)
- johnsonville chorizo sausage (or any brand)
- shredded cheese of your liking
air-fry the chorizo sausage at 350° for 14min, flip halfway through, chop it up and place, i typically use ground chorizo but my grocery store only had the sausages today.
layer cheese and top with your favorite kimchi. i get mine from a local korean/asian market.
filling, full of flavor and most of all, keto 🙂

That looks amazing! I eat tacos a lot and I need some good variation. I think we even have some kimchi in the fridge.
I did not realize Kimchi was keto friendly! By the way, YUM!
