Recipe:
4 garlic cloves
• 1 small red onion, chopped
• ½ cup fresh mint, chopped
• 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• ¾ cup tahini
• ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
• ½ cup water (add a little more if needed for consistency)
• Juice of 2 lemons
• 1 tsp cumin
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp garlic salt
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
For the tahini
Half a cup of tahini,
1lemon
Salt and pepper
Add  water is until you get the consistency of yogurt
two small can of chickpeas. Drain them and then put them in a pan and add half of a lemon with the juice and one small onion. Boil it all together with the lemon and then drain it, cool it, take the skin out from the garbanzo beans and put it in the blender with four Four garlic cloves. One small red onion, mint leaves, juice of two lemon, chopp chopped parsley, spices, cumin, paprika, garlic, salt, salt and pepper that I mix together and blend it very well. Add 3/4 of a cup of tahini, 3/4 of a cup of extra virgin olive oil, and half of a cup of water. Then we make tahini on the side. lemon juice from one lemon, half of a cup of tahini. Add the lemon, salt and pepper, and add water until you get a creamy consistency. And then place it in a plate. Add tahini in the middle. Add some zata all around it. And then papa. and some garbanzo beans. And I chopped some vegetable on the side. You can have it with pita bread. You can have it with vegetable. Enjoy.
