For the Ground Chicken Taco Bowls I followed this recipe https://mealprepmanual.com/ground-chicken-taco-bowls/, also in video here https://youtu.be/RO3vTYIQReE, except I used 99/1 ground chicken.  

For the overnight oats I do 40 grams of ground oats, 10 grams of chia seeds, 32 grams of vanilla protein powder, 60 grams of non fat plain greek yogurt, 120 ml of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and 20 ml of no sugar syrup. This results in 375 cal, 35 g protein, and 7 g sugar.
