Smokey Sloppy Joe and Provolone!

2 Lbs ground beef cooked and drained

2 cans sloppy joe sauce

( we use Del Monte it has a Smokey bbq flavor ) or you may add a little liquid smoke to your sloppy Joe sauce

2 boxes Texas Toast garlic bread with cheese

Shredded mozzarella cheese/ or sliced provolone

Pre heat oven to 375°

Brown the ground beef and drain, mix in sloppy joe sauce and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. On a cookie sheet place garlic toast and bake for 5 minutes. Remove toast from oven and spoon on meat mixture then top with shredded mozzarella or sliced provolone cheese and bake for 7 minutes. I also made two on garlic keto toast.

Goddayum, on the random ass day, seemingly once a year I happen to have bought sloppy joe shit. The cashier asked if I’d ever put buffalo sauce (I’m goin with franks red hot) in my SJs…I had not but I’m bout to. Great idea with the melt thing I’m copying you 100%
