Всё это трёп, хлеб это самое простое и он всё равно , перемешивается , по любому смешивать компаненты , зачем так врать, надоели ,открыватели,, говорю вам как пекарь , а хлеб пеку и для себя , лет40 не лечитесь и не бойтесь дрожжей, они перестают жить при температуре уже в 50 градусов , рыхлит хлеб , продукт их жизнедеятельности ,газ.
    Решите хлеб ,это очень вкусно и полезно ….
