Thanks for sharing. The ice cream I bought yesterday will be my last one. McConnell’s 💯💯.

Wishing Jerry well. This may change nothing, hell it will probably change nothing, but at least one person will be happy knowing they aren’t complicit.

Bought my first Ben and Jerry’s this week. Thank you dude.

Ben & Jerry want Unilever/Magnum to sell the division back for the original sale price, the company is worth significantly more (2.5-3x) with current market share and the investment made by Unilever. While it would be a feel good for the do-gooders to get their company back from the evil corporation, it makes 0 financial sense.

  10. Time to start Jerry & Ben’s Ice Cream, keep the message going, and meet those challenges.

Just making sure. Do we boycot or keep supporting B&J?

This hurts more than when Cellino and Barnes broke up,

Well if this isn’t the biggest canary in the American coal mine, I don’t know what is!

  14. Kittens4Brunch

I mean, they gave up control when they sold their company.

  15. kaitydidit

That is so heavy for ice cream, damn. Good for him for standing by his beliefs

  16. Prescient_Pen

Nooooooooo!!!! Nothing is sacred in this cruel world 😭

Thank you for always standing for what’s right, Jerry.

Difficult situation. I’d like to threaten to stop buying but I just know they’d take it out on the workers.

  18. leandoer33

Politics should stay out of ice cream. Thank you Unilever for not supporting that nonsense

  19. rickjamesia

I really hope they can just take them to court and get the company back. Surely that’s got to be something close to breach of contract, right?

  20. Zoranealsequence

Wow. How moving. We need more of this.

  21. Loitch470

Props to Jerry on this one. Any intel on how Unilever is able to silence the company in a way that’s not in violation of the merger agreement Jerry mentioned?

  22. Willing_Box_752

Bro it’s an ice cream tycoon.  Who cares???

  23. Merlin2oo2

Aww man! I just visited their factory last week. This is disheartening.
