What do you like to do with herring? I was planning on having it over sticky rice with kimchi

Sardines are from the herring family so you probably have. Often tins labeled sardines if you look at the ingredients you’ll see herring. They’re quite similar species.

I know i say this a lot but a ton of black pepper over the sink like a gremlin. I love herring aka kipper snacks.

I just eat them straight from the can, or jar if they’re rollmops
