In a traditional fattoush salad, you want to tear your lettuce, not cut it. More fun this way. Let’s add all the ingredients to the salad. Cucumbers. Tomatoes. Kalamata Olives. Red onions, thinly sliced. That was mint. Mint. That’s funny. And then cilantro. I was distinguishing between mint and cilantro. and feta cheese. Now for the dressing. Let’s combine olive oil. Canola oil that’s been infused on the stove with garlic. Lemon juice. Cumin. And our Essential Sea Salt. Pepper. And herb. Cover and shake. She does that part well.
