


Whacked a small yearling doe opening day. Honestly didn't realize how small it was, but we managed to get over 45% yeild off of it when we cut it up, including losing a whole front shoulder.
Decided to chunk out all of the meat except for the tenderloins, backstrap, and sirloins to grind the rest into 20lbs of snack sticks. The little deers taste the best.
Throwing a whole backstrap on the smoker this weekend.
