I’ve been overweight for many years now. With every passing year, I’ve added more kilos…

It’s not like I didn’t try eating healthy or working out. Over the years, I’ve tried and failed, multiple times.

But this time, something in me changed. I’ve decided, this is it. I’m 32, if I want to get fit, now’s the time.

So I’ve been strength training + incline walking and have been eating healthy since the last 2-3 months.

Sharing a collage of some of the meals that have been keeping me consistent, simple, home-cooked, protein-focused, and actually delicious! My day’s calorie goals are 1200-1400 kcal.

I’m down almost 4 kg since starting, but more than the scale, I can see and feel changes in my clothes and energy levels. Slow progress, but steady, and it feels sustainable this time.

I’m so proud of myself 🥲
