    Yes, but 30 liters of raw onions don’t taste like 4 liters of caramelized onions. The heat and time have done their magic.

    Keep going until you have one onion sized brick remaining… A super onion with all the flavor of 30 liters of onions. Then start all over until you have 30 liters of super onions, and caramelize those

    This is actually how I start my French onion soup! And I put my crock pot outside on the porch lol. While I love it, I don’t love my house smelling like onions for the foreseeable future 🤷‍♀️
