Get that FOH girl to serve it. You know which one.

Same amount of fish as normal, less of everything else.

Leave it off the tray. When they ask, gaslight them and say they already received it and you’re not making another. After a few minutes they will definitely assume something fishy is going on.

a few dashes of fish sauce on the plate

Stick the fish out in the sun for a couple hours. It’ll be extra fishy.

Let it sit out next to a heat source for a few hours before preparing

got a ticket one time for a shrimp louie salad and the server put extra louie on the ticket. i had to call him back to ask what in the daylights he meant by that – he gave this dumbass look, shrugged his shoulders and said idk that’s what he told me when he ordered.

Is that like getting a Chicago beef dipped?

Do they want a side of fish au jus?

How many other ways can I think of to make myself sick?

Hey it’s cool. A few years ago I had someone send back tilapia tacos because and I quote. “They taste too fishy.” I still have no idea what the fuck they meant!

Well boys, you know what to do. Fish on top of fish on top of fish.

Could be the serve being cute while asking for extra portions of fish in the tacos.

I served mackerel at a dinner once. The feedback was, “the fish is too fishy”.

We have that quote in our staff room wall now.
