Amazing bagel, crispy on the outside and chewy/soft on the inside. But the filling was way too much bagel to filling ratio. Having tried Russ & Daughters it really highlighted the difference in quality of fish. Personally, sometimes less is more and I removed some of the lox. But the bagel itself was great!
