This meat sauce is definitely a cheat meal but it's something I grew up on. My mom was a great cook but there were definitely a few cheap cheat meals in her repertoire and this was one of them. It's sort of like what many will call American Goulash. It's just browned ground beef and Campbells Tomato Soup, some water and salt & pepper. For every pound of browned meat you add 3 of the small cans of tomato soup and about 1/2 can water then season, serve over elbows. I absolutely love it. Also made a couple loaves of Italian Bread for this fake Italian food lol. Italian Bread 447g bread flour (3-1/2 Cups) 5.5g instant yeast (1-3/4 Tsp) 12g kosher salt (2 Tsp) 290g water (1-1/4 Cups) Topping 1 beaten egg white with a few drops water toasted sesame seeds Mix flour, yeast, salt & water in bowl of stand mixer by hand just until it comes together, I use the dough hook, then mix on medium high speed for about 7 minutes. Form dough into rough ball and put In a bowl with a small drizzle of olive oil, cover with plastic wrap and leave in off oven with light on until it doubles in size. Place a piece of parchment on counter and dump on dough, press out to make approximately a 12”x 16” rectangle, this part is optional but it results in a loaf that is a little thicker in middle than on ends, with the dough in front of you, the 16” side runs left to right, fold the right corner closest to you to the middle of the dough sheet, do the same thing with left corner closest to you, then just roll it up starting closest to you and rolling away until you get it into a rough shape of a loaf, pinch seam and roll it so seam is facing down. Fold ends under a little so the ends are sealed. Brush the surface with a little oil and cover with plastic wrap, move to sheet pan with parchment and put back in oven with light on, allow to double in size again. Remove from oven and place on counter and preheat oven to 500°, stir up an eggwhite with a few drops of water, brush entire surface of bread gently with egg white then sprinkle with sesame seeds and make a slit down center of loaf. When oven is at temp move pan to oven and throw a few ice cubes in the bottom of oven for steam. After 10 minutes turn down temp to 425, wait another 5-10 minutes remove bread from parchment and pan and put directly on oven rack. Continue cooking another 10 minutes and check internal temp, when it's at about 210° it's done. Rest on cooling rack.

  1. Why posting this again? You just posted it and deleted it.

Use spacing as this is unreadable. Also, still just bread?
