Another appreciate post for Le Bouchon’s new summer items and their regular menu

the octopus carpaccio was one of the best bites I’ve had in so long…. Also love that they changed their steak frites to a bavette cut instead of a top sirloin.

The chocolate mousse dish with potato chips was also incredible!! I saw a rec from a redditor earlier this week and had to try it.
