Been making beef burgers (with mince I pressed myself) with ketchup and plain white rolls for a couple of months now for the first time. Decided to go out of my comfort zone a bit and make a burger I had at a restaurant a week ago. Brioche buns with mayonnaise, roquette and red onion marmalade. Tasted great!

    Looks good, that meat looks thick and moist. You could use a few more items on such a well cooked burger though like a runny egg and tomato.
