I know everybody loves tacos, but have you ever had a Beyond Popcorn chicken taco? No meat. Perfect for vegetarians or vegans. Stay tuned. Follow our recipes. [Music] Wat. [Music] [Music] My first step, as usual, we start from the bottom, which is onions, garlic, sauteed in a little olive oil, and a tad bit of butter. Nice and golden brown. The next step, we add our Beyond Meat. And this one is popcorn chicken. Lightly toss it. Listen to that sizzle again with a wooden spoon in your pan for about two to three minutes. After that, you add your vegetable medley. I love the colors of these vibrant vegetables. Crisp, not overcooked, colorful, and look like they were picked yesterday. For these vegetables, no more than 30 seconds. We still want the quench. We still want to keep the color. And we still want to keep the texture. Now we add our Branson beans. And we toss those for like 15 to 20 seconds. They already cooked. They already have their flavors. And it’s ready to eat. Let’s have a quick stir. And then add in our spices. Today we have some oregano. We’re using some garlic salt. And then we’re going to add some complete seasoning. And they’re all from Massi Stories. Just before we finish, we’re going to add a few teaspoons of ketchup, a few teaspoons of barbecue sauce. And if you so desire and you want a kick, add a bit of hot sauce. And guys, the reason I’m adding these elements is to help bind the vegetables together. So when we put it inside of the taco shells, we don’t need to add any other sauces to it. It’s just time to eat. Nice, quick, and easy. Masiard credit card has gone digital. I wish you were here to smell those herbs and spices, the caramelization of all the vegetables and the onions and garlic and then that tomato and barbecue sauce. Lovely. Lovely. I’m loving it. Yep. Right now, this is the last one we’re doing. Right. And just for the finish of chiffonad or julen some lettuce to go with the micro greens and we’re just going to perch them right down the line of all the tacos. This couldn’t be done without beyond popcorn chicken garden foods vegetable medley or Branson baked beans. And just for my finish I have some chopped chives. I’ll just top it off with this.
