Ingredients:
3 cups unsweetened coconut shreds
1 cup coconut cream
1/3cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅔ cup flour
¼ honey or maple syrup
Chocolate of choice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
mix together everything listed above except the chocolate
Create small balls with palms of hands
Bake for 25 minutes flipping baking sheet half way through
Remove from oven and let cool down
Heat chocolate in microwave safe bowl in 15 second intervals stirring each time
Quickly dip bottoms of macaroons into chocolate
Drizzle small amount on top
Place in fridge till chocolate hardens
