Watched it all, gone to soon and it makes me sad. Gonna go watch no reservations.

He has some good points, but in the end when I think about some of the best burgers I’ve ever had, some were a fucking messy disaster I needed a fork for, and some were exactly the way he described.

The two that come to mind most recently was a birria burger from Tostadas in San Jose, which was just this beautiful, messy, disaster of a burger that was as delicious as it was unhealthy, and then a simple smashburger from Campus Burgers in San Jose, which featured just meat, cheese, and thinly sliced grilled onions. I can’t tell you which was better, despite them taking totally opposite approaches.

All these people that have been consistently downvoting me over months every time I mention how good Shake Shack burgers are. . . And look at that, I’ve been given retribution!

The best burger, in my opinion, is the original, from that Louis Lunch. Its simple, and perfect.

This man should of been forced to live forever. He was one of the good male role models. Also he didn’t openly approve of mustard on a burger, interesting.
