If you’re looking for something that’s cozy, comforting, and feels like a warm hug, this is it. And you know, I’m not really sure I’ve ever had a chini de pepe. Bring your chicken broth to a boil with a touch of butter and salt. Reduce the heat, then pour in the achi to pepe. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finish with more butter, black pepper, parmesan cheese, grated garlic, and lemon juice. Stir to combine, and you’re done. M pasta caviar. Oh, [ __ ] That’s good. This is even better than you think it is. I would like a vegetable, maybe just some frozen broccoli. And of course, you could add protein, but it’s it’s a mustake. And nine is out of 10.

  2. 1 tbsp of butter per cup of pasta, parm cheese and OLIVE OIL TO GARNISH…….. Of course it's tasty, it's nothing but fat and carbs. What, are you surprised it's good?

  3. I first heard about this when my son was born. I dont have Italian heritage, but I had a number of neighbours who were grandparent age originally born in Italy who recommended this as a dish to use when introducing solids to my son. He adored it and always asked for more. Hes now 24 and its our go to dish for a quiet comfort food night at home. Agree this is but a base, and you can mix it up with all types of vegies and proteins

  4. Acini de pepe was my favorite as a kid, my mom would make soup when i was sick with this because it was easy to eat. Amazinggg
