It’s High Grade Stainless Steel – it says it right there! It’s NSF certified, for God’s sake! What more could you want?

Is that just half of somebody’s shears?

  4. Guangzhou steel

Actually even worse, it’s from Chicago

  5. Commander6420

    “high grade stainless steel”

    – so that was a lie

  6. SuzakkuuChase

Was someone doing crystal meth off your knife

  7. _azerHawk

I used to work for them lol They went away from their SS to the CS. But they messed up the ratio. They come back to you SUPER sharp but dull within a few hours. Those fruit knives/ pairing were my favorite.

    They suck.

You can tell which kitchens in Chicago are run by people from Chicago vs people from outside of Chicago from the knife company they use.

Superior is the shit, there is no reason to go with Cozzini here.

Cozzini ew. Also who’s doing knife hits in that kitchen 😆

  10. ThirdSunRising

What are you talking about. That is high grade stainless steel. It says so right there.

Did someone try to practice tack welding on this thing???

The local knife company we used to use at my work got bought out by cozzini last year. We had been using the local company for like 5+ years(before I started)

It took me less than 3 months of using the cozzini knives to switch to a different company they were so bad

    The rare and ubiquitous “Chinesium.”

“Oh yeah, that used to belong to Tony I think. Fuck man, when was the last time Tony worked here?”

    “LIke 5 years ago”

“Oh yeah… I wonder if he’s still looking for it”

Y’all are allowed to do knife hits at work??!?! Consider me jealous

It’s like one of those pencils you get at the craft store that has a multi-colored graphite and just does fun psychedelic shit, except this screams “tetanus shot”.

Trying to figure out how you got these cuz afaik these are knives that get cycled by a knife program company thing for house knives. In my experience they never got cycled enough or they were crap because WE WERE ALWAYS HONING EM.

its case hardened. not a blue gem tho so probably not too valuable

  19. yodawgitztweezy

We also use cozzini. Im pretty sure they’re made out of recycled lawn chairs.

You bought a Cozzini brothers knife?

    You deserve this.

Cozzini is a knife rental company where I live. And also the last place where I lived before here. So maybe a franchise. This looks different, not sure if it’s Damascus or rust.
