Any idea on how these were done? Like the ripple in the leaves? Any tips would be welcome.

Stiff icing, pressure piped, start with a bigger base, slightly lift up and down while getting to end to get ripples and pull to get tip

It looks like they cut a leaf tip shape in the tip of their piping bag. I’ve tried it but my tipless bags are so thin, the icing just comes out a hot mess.

You can also just pipe a circle of icing and use your scribe needle to pull the icing out to a point. It looks like thats what happened to some of the leaves on this cookie.
