Forget everything you
thought you knew about dips. This is the ultimate cheesy
artichoke dip in a hot skillet, melt some butter and saute those
green onions until they’re super fragrant. The heat from the
skillet will help us melt the cream cheese and sour cream into
a silky smooth base. Now load it up, add artichoke spinach, lots
of parmesan and mozzarella and a little garlic. Stir everything
together until it’s perfectly combined. Top with the rest of
that mozzarella cheese. Now bake it for about 20 minutes until
it’s bubbling, cheesy and absolutely irresistible. Let it
cool just a little, then serve with chips or crusty toast.
